Try your hand at traditional lamb butchery using the finest quality, pasture fed lamb reared by Tom and Huw of Three Pools Farm, located just 5 miles from Abergavenny.
The farm uses permaculture principles to create a truly sustainable, edible landscape. The sheep breed is Badgerface, a Welsh Heritage hillside breed, with incredible taste thanks to the diverse flavour of the environment in which they have been reared. Taste the lamb, slow baked and accompanied by a glass of wine.
