For the final feast, Sam and Shauna are joined by Freddy Bird, chef-patron at Little French in Bristol and the recently-opened 1 York Place, shortlisted for Opening of the Year at the National Restaurant Awards 2024. Freddy’s pedigree includes working with Phil Howard at The Square and Sam and Sam Clark at Moro. He’ll bring a European vibe to complement the Hangfire Girls’ American style.
