After 16 years in London as Chef Director at the Michelin Starred St John Restaurant Group, Jonathan has come back home to Wales with his newest venture, The Shed. Showcasing the very best of local and seasonal produce, and with a desire to cultivate local ambition, The Shed is set to strengthen the food scene in Swansea. As Jonathan proclaims “Welsh by birth, Swansea by the grace of God!”
