Sarah Johnson is joined by Franco Fubini in a celebration of all things fruit and seasonality. Sarah trained under the legendary Alice Waters at Chez Panisse in California, currently splitting her time between cheffing and food writing. Franco is the Founder of Natoora, a seasonal produce supplier and company set on fixing the food system. Both sharing an appreciation for ingredients and working closely with small-scale farmers, Sarah and Franco will convince you of one simple ethos: flavour first.
