Gwenann has had a meteoric career, starting at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel, then a senior role within the Tom Kerridge group. Now Gwennann has inherited a legacy from a fine line of top head chefs at the legendary Welsh gastropub, The Felin Fach Griffin. Brought up on a farm near Carmarthen, she is rooted in the area and has an innate understanding of how important farming and food is to this area.
