The Tap Room Menu Conundrum with Pete Brown, James Swift and Adrian Morales Maillo

Help two of Abergavenny’s finest artisan producers solve their menu conundrum. James Swift is the founder of the multi-award winning, Trealy Farm Charcuterie. Quite possibly Britain’s best charcutier. Adrian Morales Maillo has headed up craft breweries in Spain and the UK before moving to Bannau Brycheiniog to set up Sobremesa Drinks, a truly innovative company making terroir-driven Farmhouse Beers and Natural Ciders.

Adrian wants to serve James’ charcuterie alongside his drinks at his Taproom. But what to serve with what? James has over 40 different charcuterie products and Adrian has more than a dozen beers and ciders. They need your input.
