Join BBC Radio 4 The Food Programme presenter Sheila Dillon who will be discussing the connection between diet and brain/mental health with an expert panel: Kimberley Wilson – author of Unprocessed: what your diet is doing to your brain; Dr Ally Jaffee – a junior doctor who has specialised in psychiatry and set up Nutritank; Natalie Hackett – a headteacher from Leicester who has brought food onto their curriculum in a big way; and Heston Blumenthal who is diagnosed with ADHD/BiPolar and will talk about his own personal experience.

Guests with books will be doing book signings after the event at the Book-ish stand by the Dome. Book-ish is the Festival’s award-winning book partner.
