Settle in after lunch and prepare to be swept away by a series of enchanting tales inspired by food, featuring local young creatives, and led by expert local storyteller Marcus Pibworth. Each story told will be inspired by a different local food item, exploring the cultural, folkloric, personal, historic, and ecological.
Ahead of the showcase, contributors are working with Marcus and local writer Lily Sequoia to develop their pieces and prepare their performances. One not to miss.
Kindly supported by the Creative Futures project, which opens up time and space to develop creative work and practice with young people. Funded through Monmouthshire County Council, it gives young people a voice in local culture.
